We have teamed up with an Award Winning FM service provider who are on hunt for a Landscaping Supervisor to maintain one of their largest banking districts in Northampton.
The client has recently spent close to 28 million pound on contract with the aim to make this one of the most prestigious commecial buildings the contract will have!
Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor
Location: Northampton
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
Package:
- 25 Days Annual Leave + BH
- Monday - Friday (40 Hour Week 08:30AM - 17:30PM)

Your Role:
- Your role as a Landscaping Supervisor is key to this location and will involve the direct supervision of an external operative/s and management of the outsourced landscaping contractor.
- The site is made up of 3 Lakes, fully landscaped and has an outsourced landscape provider. You will be required to manage that day-to-day relationship with the subcontractors alongside the HM.
- You will also get involved in low level landscaping such as removal felled tree, cutting branches,leaf clearing, gritting and ad hoc reactive works.
