Part Time Accounts Assistant
Our Moulton Park based client is looking for an experienced Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
The role is offered with hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office and 20 hours per week over 5 days. Start and finish times are flexible.
You will be working as part of a small, friendly team covering all aspects of sales ledger, purchase ledger and cashbooks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain sales ledger
- Credit control
- Maintain purchase ledger
- To book bank transactions on Sage and Salesforce
- To do intercompany transactions
- Investigate and resolve queries
- Organise monthly payment runs
You should have at least 3 years’ previous similar experience with good sales and purchase ledger skills, be IT literate with excellent organisation and communication skills.
