Proximity Recruitment are searching for a dynamic Business Analyst (circa £45,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving, innovative financial services business in Northampton. 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home.

This outgoing role is 80% data analytics and working with business stakeholders on driving revenue, commercial opportunities, streamlining processes & improving the operating flow of the business. You will be number 2 within the tech department & work closely with the Head of Tech of business-critical projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain the integrity of data within the CRM system.
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy, sales efforts, & marketing campaigns.
  • Draw actionable conclusions from data analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and customisation of the CRM system (if required).

The position is likely to grow with importance over time and the business is experiencing fantastic trajectory into new areas which will see a strong roadmap & project pipeline for this position.
