- To professionally, effectively & efficiently deliver our service on behalf of the client(s) in accordance with the project brief and the subsequent strategy agreed on a telephone basis.
- To develop and maintain a complete understanding of client's background, products & services, target market sectors, competition, culture & values and internal structure.
- Develop and nurture a professional relationship with the client(s)
- Complete accurate administration duties ensuring all information is inputted and organised as required.
- To complete quality outbound calls to specific prospects on behalf of clients with a view to identifying or creating new business opportunities (this is all Business to Business) and arranging meetings between our clients and the prospect to discuss the opportunity in more detail.Â
- Working from our best-in-class database and data.
- Assisting with the preparation of and attending review meetings with the client Ongoing development of telephone sales and other business development related skills.
- Although there is no set experience required for this role, our client is seeking an individual with a genuine interest in learning and developing within a telephone-based role, with a strong business acumen and positive work ethic.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- IT Literacy with the ability to complete a short typing test based on speed and accuracy.
- A successful candidate with have a strong work ethic and desire to learn and develop within sales.
- Experience within sales is not essential, however, experience within a customer service role is desired.
- Please note, due to location, it is a must that you can drive with access to your own vehicle.
