Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Residential Property Assistant or Paralegals that may be looking to join an established team with routes to training contracts or hands on assistant and guidance.

Our client is a East Midlands Legal 500 firm that are based in and around the Northampton area so being local and able to get into the city would be essential.

The successful candidate will have the majority if not all the following experience:

* Setting up files including AML checks;
* Commission surveys and subsequent reports;
* Dealt with all aspects of sales and purchase transactions from first instructions to post completion filing of SDLT return at HMRC and registration of title at Land Registry;
* Liaise throughout with surveyors, estate agents, clients and other side solicitors;
* Attending client meetings (Video meetings at present)to take notes and to action matters arising
* Liaising with clients and other professionals to assist the solicitor team.
