The role

In this exciting new high profile role reporting to our Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various leaders and teams within our Clinical Services and Operations Directorate.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development of business plans and individual business cases, while providing the relevant data and analysis from different source to enable the most effective decisions to be taken
  • Providing highly specialist advice and valuable support for project delivery and working alongside teams to identify and solve complex problems
  • Managing Operational and Clinical Services projects, ensuring project plans and reports are in place, co-ordinating service resources including people, maximising efficiency in processes and project delivery
  • Deputising for senior management and supporting the Services as required
  • Maintaining a focus on continuous improvement; always working to achieve a better customer experience, improved efficiency, and better quality
  • Working closely with the divisional leadership team to deliver cultural change and drive staff, patient and carer engagement.
  • Ensuring the Clinical Services deliver to the high standards set internally and within customer SLAs
  • Writing and delivering presentations and training to large groups of staff, customers and stakeholders

About you

You’ll be an experienced, inspiring and compassionate operational leader with significant experience of delivering high performance and results through effective business and project delivery. You will be an excellent communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills. You will be highly skilled at presenting, analysing and interpreting complex data and be comfortable in decision making and problem solving.

With high levels of personal integrity you will be well experienced in winning hearts and minds through periods of complex change. You will also be highly adept at managing effective relationships to a senior level and a strong track record of meeting business targets.

You will have both the breadth and depth of skills to fulfil the role described above and high levels of resilience to lead and embed significant change.
