Maintenance Manager role available

A position has arisen for a permanent Maintenance Manager placed within a highly reputable organisation situated in Northamptonshire. This role focuses on developing and delivering the maintenance strategy, specifying and directing planned, reactive and external maintenance. The salary range is between £45K - £55K.

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring buildings/systems are kept in an excellent condition through planned preventative and reactive maintenance of the external envelope, internal fabric, Electrical, Mechanical, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment
  • Develop a customer-focused maintenance services strategy
  • Ensure effective KPIs and service level agreements are in place
  • Develop and implement robust internal audit processes
  • Oversee contracted maintenance activity, ensuring timely delivery, budget, and quality
  • Lead or assist in managing major disruptive events to restore business-critical services
  • Develop, monitor, and control budgets, providing forecasts and reports as required
  • Drive improvements in regards to environmental sustainability and impact

The successful candidate should have:

  • You must have extensive experience in maintenance strategy development and deployment
  • You must have experience in budget management and development
  • You must have experience in a maintenance services leadership role in a large organisation
