Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Northampton (on-siteworking)
Salary: 30,000-43,000 per annum + benefits

We are currently working with a large scale IT Services organisation who require a Service DeliveryManager to join their expanding and busy team. You will be responsible for service delivery to high-profile customers currently using the Managed Service platform. You will maintain and build strong relationships, by providing excellent and effective communication both externally and internally.You will strive for all-round service excellence into the customer lists that you will be responsible for. You will fully understand your customers pain points, business goals and ensure the internal service is regularly reviewed to meet customer requirements, whilst always looking for ways to provide continuous improvement.

You can expect your responsibilities to include:
  • Monitoring performance and service metrics
  • Coordinating internal teams to ensure external clients quality service levels and expectations are being met
  • Meeting with customers to perform Service Reviews
  • Understanding your clients and being their voice

Skills and experience required:
  • Client-focused mindset and an exceptional drive to exceeding client expectations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts or issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Good IT background gained from an equivalent role or similar
  • Demonstrable understanding of service operations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with an operational and technical problem-solving orientation.
The role will be on-sitefull time for the duration of your probation and would then move to a hybrid model thereafter. Please consider this before applying for the role.
