Internal Sales Executive NorthamptonMon–Thurs: 9am–5pm | Fri: 9am–4:30pm£28-30k DOEWe have partnered with a worldwide expert known for its high-quality, sustainable products. They are looking for an internal sales executive to join the covering their sales order process, and offering an un-rivalled customer experience.Key Duties:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business.
  • Handle sales inquiries, provide technical support, and prepare quotations.
  • Process sales orders and keep customers updated on deliveries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the external sales team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure outstanding customer service.
What You Bring:
  • Experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset—knowledge of drainage systems is a plus!
  • Access to your own transport is essential due to travel to and from sites.
