Job Role: Outbound Sales advisor
Salary: ÂŁ26,130 starting salary plus commission (OTE av. ÂŁ35k)
Location: Hybrid  - 8 days in the office PER MONTH (your choice of days), the rest WFH
Job Type: Full-time – Mon to Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm – every third Saturday WFH 9am – 2pm (classed as overtime)
Ideally the candidate will live within 1 hour maximum commute to Northampton

Day-to-day of the role:
- Make outbound calls to sell policies to prospective customers who have generated quotes through various channels.
- Handle policy renewals for existing customers through outbound calls.
- Address customer queries and concerns during sales or renewals calls, ensuring a positive experience.
- Follow complete sales and renewals processes, ensuring accurate completion of payment details and compliance with FCA Regulations and GDPR.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with customers, working collaboratively to deliver the right outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to all compliance and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telephone sales
- High motivation and a passion for sales.
- Computer literacy with the ability to multi-task and use multiple systems simultaneously.
- Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to different customer needs.
- Ability to work flexibly, maintain attention to detail, and focus while working independently.
