Maintain Matrix accreditation and lead new careers accreditations.
Organize inclusive onsite careers activities, including the annual careers fair.
Contribute to the organisations strategic aims to enhance participant employability
The ideal candidate must have previous experience with working with young individuals, with the ability to provide tailored support. This role will require you to demonstrate strong networking skills, with a proven track record of forming and maintaining effective relationships wide a range of partners.
