Pertemps are supporting a local Public Sector client who are seeking to support a Careers Advisor for their ever-growing organisation.Role Overview:Lead the creation, implementation, and delivery of the organisation's careers strategy. Provide impartial careers education and guidance, ensuring high standards of 1:1 support in line with annual targets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and tailor career resources for participants.Promote careers services to all stakeholders.Maintain Matrix accreditation and lead new careers accreditations.Organize inclusive onsite careers activities, including the annual careers fair.Contribute to the organisations strategic aims to enhance participant employabilityThe ideal candidate must have previous experience with working with young individuals, with the ability to provide tailored support.
