Regional ER Advisor Opportunity

I am looking to speak to experienced Employee Relations Advisors looking to join my clients expanding team. This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive range of company benefits. The position can be based in one of their offices, or home based where you will cover a certain region with national travel and occasional overnight stays required.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Advise, guide, and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations, including disciplinary and welfare cases, capability, grievance, and coaching managers where appropriate.
  • Manage cases effectively, including employment tribunals.
  • Develop strong relationships within the business to promote good employee relations across the organisation.
  • Proactively identify trends and potential issues, offering advice and suggestions.
  • Support on ad-hoc HR projects as required.
  • Regular business travel to guide and support on cases face to face.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competent IT skills.
  • Good knowledge of employment law.
  • Knowledge of ER procedures and processes, including employment tribunals, disability, diversity, and equal opportunities.
  • Ideally multisite experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while managing a large number of cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
