Class 1 Driver

CLASS 1 DRIVER (Part Time Role)

Sunday to Friday - PM Starts 12:00-16:00 & Nights 18:00-01:00 Starts.

£17.50 - £19.50 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Class 1 Driver for our client based in Crick.

Rates of Pay

• £17.50 per hour AM/PM Shifts
• £19.50 per hour Night Shifts

Day to Day Duties

• Class 1 Depot to Depot Trunking
• Driving Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Collections from suppliers as needed
• No handball involved
• Daily vehicle checks
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
• Completing any necessary paperwork

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 12 months experience needed driving Class 1 vehicles
• Valid UK Category CE Licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver's Qualification Card (DQC/CPC)

Desirable Experience

• Two years Class 1 driving experience

Training

• Driving Assessment undertaken prior to starting
