Early mornings - Monday to Sunday (22:00 - 02:30starts)
Driver Resource are currently seeking to recruit Class 1Drivers (HGV/LGV) to work on an ongoing basis for our Client UPS on the Costco contract based at Crick, Northamptonshire.
Duties fare-
1/2 Trunks per day to Costco stores with a possible collection on return from one of their suppliers. This is purely a driving role as the vehicle is security padlocked and only opened by store staff when arriving at the destination. The only time a driver is expected to help with loading will be at one for the Clients customers. All other sites will load the vehicle themselves.
Average hoursfare 10-12 per day. However, weekday hours can be longer in busy periods. Weekend shifts generally tend to be shorter averaging 8hours. Minimum 8 hours alwaysapply unless running in after a night out.
My Client is a 7 day a week operation. We are looking for Class 1 Drivers to commit to working Tuesday Saturday with the option to work an additional shiftevery fortnight to suit the business needs.
availability is taken the week prior and shifts times are texted out daily by 9:00/9:30am the day before. This is a fulltime contract. 5/6 days per week.
Class 1 driver (HGV/LGV C+E Drivers) Pay rates;

Monday Friday £17:00 £19.05 £22.44
Saturday £19:00 £21.29 £25.08
Sunday £21:00 £23.53 £27.72
The Client also offers a yearly drivers bonus recognition scheme for all of the Class 1 drivers (HGV/LGV) which is paid annually at Christmas.
