- Week 1: 06:00 AM - 14:00:00 PM
- Week 2: 14:00 PM - 22:00 PM
Pay Rate: £13.81 per hour
Contract Type: Ongoing with the potential of Temp to Perm
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Truck Driver to support our warehouse operations. This role involves a significant amount of handballing and heavy lifting, so physical fitness and stamina are essential. The successful candidate will work on a rotational shift pattern, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach Truck Operation: Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve products within the warehouse.
- Manual Handling: Engage in heavy lifting and handballing tasks, including loading and unloading goods by hand.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Reach Truck Driver is essential, with a valid reach truck license.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly.
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotational shift pattern, including early mornings and late afternoons.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
