Candidates must have a Full UK Driving License, their own tools, and relevant industry experience, with time-served or qualifications preferred.
The position offers a salary of £23 per hour, along with a company van and fuel card, and weekly payments.

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northampton area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the reactive maintenance team, within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card is supplied from day one!As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
Maintenance plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.
UPVC windows and doors

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

Have a Full UK Driving License
Have their own tools
Be time served or have relevant qualifications
Have relevant industry experience

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade, you will receive:

£23 per hour (CIS payments available)
Company van and fuel card included
Weekly payments
Long term work
Opportunity for full time employment (if desired)
Immediate start
