This role involves working on the reactive maintenance team in domestic properties, with a company van and fuel card provided.
Responsibilities include carpentry repairs, basic plumbing, and patch plastering, tiling, and painting.
Candidates must have a full driving license and be time served or possess relevant qualifications, with a salary of £22 per hour.
The position offers weekly pay, an ASAP start, and the potential for full-time employment.

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Northampton area working for a highly established company within the social housing sector. This position is working on the reactive maintenance team, within domestic properties, where a company van and fuel card will provided.

As the Carpenter/Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:

Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade will:

Have Full driving license
Be time served or have relevant qualifications
