I am currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a top social housing provider in the Northampton area.
This is a temporary position for 3 months with the potential for a permanent role afterward.
The role requires experience in property maintenance and an NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery.
The salary for this position is £23 per hour, with weekly payment options available.
Candidates must have their own van and tools to apply.

I am currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a top social housing provider in the Northampton area. This role is a temp position for 3 months with potential for a permanent role at the end.In this Joiner Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:

Reactive maintenance on council properties
2nd fix joinery
Basic maintenance plumbing
Lock changes
Finishing skills like patch plastering and tiling

The right Joiner Multi Trade will have:

Experience in property maintenance
NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
Own van and tools

In return, the Joiner Multi Trade will get:

3 month contract
£23 per hour
Weekly (PAYE or CIS)
