Job Description:
We are looking for CDPs, Sous Chefs, Head Chefs, and Line Chefs to join our pool of talented professionals working across multiple locations. Whether youre an experienced chef looking for a new challenge or a seasoned professional seeking flexible work arrangements, we have roles to suit all levels and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, tailored to each specific site (schools, care homes, pubs, golf clubs, etc.).
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth operation and service.
- Manage inventory, and maintain stock levels, and food quality.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen.
- Train and mentor junior staff where applicable.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a chef role (CDP, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Line Chef).
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in different settings and adapt to varying kitchen environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about food and delivering high-quality dishes.
