Sous Chef – High-Volume Fresh Food Venue- Northampton 34K
An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a high-volume, fresh food venue with a newly renovated kitchen in Chapel Brampton, Northampton. This is a fantastic role for a skilled Sous Chef or a Head Chef from a smaller venue looking to step up into a larger operation.
As a Sous Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef in managing a busy, fresh food kitchen.
- Maintain high standards in food quality, prep, and service.
- Oversee kitchen efficiency, stock control, and waste management.
- Train and mentor, the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work straight and split shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Fresh food experience in a high-volume setting.
- Ability to drive preferred due to location.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering quality food and service.
Key Benefits:
