Sous Chef / Assistant Chef

Sous Chef / Assistant Chef Responsibilities:

  • Help the head chef in preparation foods.
  • You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our kitchen.
  • Working alongside our head chef.
  • You will ensure the highest quality of food preparation.
  • Presentation.
  • Overall kitchen efficiency.
  • Good have a good knowledge about health and safety procedures.
  • Daily check date and fridge and quality of foods.
  • Make a list of products we have to order.
  • Make of effort to keep our kitchen clean at all time.
  • Collaborate with the waiters or waitresses team and other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Have a full knowledge about allergens.

Sous Chef / Assistant Chef Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a sous chef. We welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle in busy hours.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.
