Salary / Benefits:

Sous Chef / Assistant Chef Responsibilities:
- Help the head chef in preparation foods.
- You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our kitchen.
- Working alongside our head chef.
- You will ensure the highest quality of food preparation.
- Presentation.
- Overall kitchen efficiency.
- Good have a good knowledge about health and safety procedures.
- Daily check date and fridge and quality of foods.
- Make a list of products we have to order.
- Make of effort to keep our kitchen clean at all time.
- Collaborate with the waiters or waitresses team and other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Have a full knowledge about allergens.
Sous Chef / Assistant Chef Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sous chef. We welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle in busy hours.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.
