You will be responsible for all Data Quality ensuring the overall quality, accuracy, and integrity of our organisation's data assets.  This Data Quality Manager is a key role where you will develop and implement data quality standards, processes, and tools to support business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities Data Quality Framework: Establish and maintain a comprehensive data quality framework, including data profiling, cleansing, standardisation, and enrichment.Data Quality Monitoring: Implement and manage data quality monitoring and reporting processes to identify and address data quality issues proactively.Data Quality Issue Resolution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve data quality issues in a timely and effective manner.Data Quality Standards: Define and enforce data quality standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organisation.Data Quality Tools: Evaluate, select, and implement data quality tools and technologies to support data quality initiatives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality meets business needs.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in data quality processes and practices through ongoing monitoring, analysis, and optimisationThis is a hybrid-based opportunity with true flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commutable distance of our newly refurbished offices in Crick, NorthamptonshireYou: You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and agile approach to problem-solving.  You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider Data team and you’ll thrive on delivering excellent data deliverySkills and competencies Relevant certifications in data management or data quality (e.g., CDMP, CIQM) are desirable.Experience in data management, data quality, or a related field.Proven experience developing and implementing data quality frameworks.Strong understanding of data quality principles, methodologies, and tools.Experience with data profiling, cleansing, standardisation, and enrichment.Experience of generating data value from Artificial Intelligence.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools.Knowledge of data management best practices, industry standards, and data governance principles.Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented team player with a passion for data quality.Us: From boilers to bathroom suites, tubing to towel rails and everything in between, City Plumbing has all the products our customers need to complete the job.
