Automotive Business/Transaction Manager required in Northampton

£20,000 basic + OTE

Standard Motor Trade hours

Our client, a progressive Car Dealership is now seeking a Business Manager to continue their success and drive the sales team even further forward.

Your job duties within the role;

  • Facilitate the selling of vehicles and maximise profitability through the sale of finance solutions and insurance to customers.
  • Oversee the sales process, ensuring all sales activities are systematically managed, including direct negotiation with customers if required, to ensure that deals retain maximum profit and that customer satisfaction is delivered to the highest possible standards.
  • Control and monitor customer database and used correctly and in line with brand requirements.
  • Offer coaching and training all Sales Executives where required

You must possess previous experience as either a Business Manager or Senior Sales Executive from a Franchised Main Dealership.
