Automotive Sales Manager required in Northampton

up to £30,000 + realistic OTE of £20,000

Monday to Saturday (rota’d)

Our client, is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead their successful team in an genuinely exciting time for the business.

The successful candidate will spearheaded the department that offers a fantastic working environment with (for the right candidate) a great opportunity for further progression.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
  • Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
  • Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
  • Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.

Due to the nature of the role you will require Main Dealer experience as a Business Manager or Sales Manager.
