The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through strategic cold calling and relationship-building efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target new business opportunities within the 3PL logistics sector.- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and secure new business.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in business development .- Strong ability to self-manage and work independently.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
