Working with the Marketing Manager you'll be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy, aligned to overall strategic company goals for Reed Talent Solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns, as agreed with the Marketing Manager for our Consultancy and Project delivery product segment.
You will work closely with the Content Marketing and Demand team to ensure we are creating the right tools to support our internal teams across a range of sectors, developing marketing campaigns, product launch plans and tools to help them engage with their clients.
You will become the expert in the category of Consultancy and Project delivery for Reed Talent Solutions, looking for new and innovative ways to take the Reed Talent Solutions brand to market.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager in the preparation and delivery of the overall RTS marketing strategy by providing insight for your solution category: Consultancy and Project delivery
- Lead the execution of the Consultancy and Project delivery category marketing plan, as agreed with the Marketing Manager, to drive customer acquisition and retention for Reed Talent Solutions
- Empower stakeholders with specific channel marketing, as agreed, which may include e-mail, our quarterly newsletter, sales enablement material, social media including successfully delivering the category comms plan
- Track and report on the development and deployment of marketing campaigns and product launches to drive brand awareness and generate leads for the Consultancy and Project delivery team
- Support in the planning and implementation of the events strategy for your category, including planning and preparing for our exhibitions, summits and virtual events
- Drive the execution of the category social media plan and work closely with the Content and Demand team to deliver the plan on our social media platforms, tracking performance and providing actionable insight based on the results
- Utilise our sales enablement tools including HubSpot to produce sales documentation, sequences, landing pages and tracking of category events
- Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders across Reed Talent Solutions and the wider business
- Work closely with Reed Talent Solutions and BD teams to ensure they have the right collateral to hit and meet the needs of their target audiences
- Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and competitor activity, in turn enabling you to deliver best in class marketing for Reed Talent Solutions.
