Our client, a market leader in property services, is seeking a Head of Sales to join their dynamic team in the East Midlands.

In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and operational efficiency. You will manage a team of up to 10 and develop and execute a winning sales strategy and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead and inspire your team: Recruit, train, and coach your team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Drive sales success: Develop and execute the overall sales strategy, including account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong client relationships: Develop and implement key account management strategies to secure repeat business and expand existing accounts.
  • Streamline operations: Implement a new sales process, manage order processing flow, and ensure smooth handovers between sales and operations teams.
  • Embrace change: Champion the implementation of a previously developed transformation plan to optimise sales performance.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Proven sales management experience: A track record of success in sales management, ideally within the house building or a related industry, with experience leading a team of at least 6 sales professionals.

  • Strategic thinking: A deep understanding of sales methodologies and best practices, with the ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
