Internal Sales Executive - £30,000 to £580,000 per annum OTE (Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm)

Your Role:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with our valued customers through meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Drive revenue growth by fostering strong customer connections.

New Business Development:

  • Spot potential new customers and pass promising leads to our business development team.

Sales and Quotation Management:

  • Perform quick and precise sales calculations.
  • Negotiate and provide detailed pricing documentation to customers.
  • Craft tailored quotations based on customer needs and training insights.

Market and Customer Insights:

  • Collect and relay valuable feedback on market and customer trends.
  • Leverage insights to steer future purchasing decisions.

Pipeline and Performance Management:

  • Keep our tracking systems up-to-date to ensure timely follow-ups and new opportunities.
  • Regularly review and aim to surpass sales performance targets.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Admin teams to coordinate efforts, resolve customer queries, and deliver outstanding service.
