Your Role:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with our valued customers through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Drive revenue growth by fostering strong customer connections.
New Business Development:
- Spot potential new customers and pass promising leads to our business development team.
Sales and Quotation Management:
- Perform quick and precise sales calculations.
- Negotiate and provide detailed pricing documentation to customers.
- Craft tailored quotations based on customer needs and training insights.
Market and Customer Insights:
- Collect and relay valuable feedback on market and customer trends.
- Leverage insights to steer future purchasing decisions.
Pipeline and Performance Management:
- Keep our tracking systems up-to-date to ensure timely follow-ups and new opportunities.
- Regularly review and aim to surpass sales performance targets.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Admin teams to coordinate efforts, resolve customer queries, and deliver outstanding service.
