IT Business Development Manager Location: Office is based in Northamptonshire, but it is a remote role Basic Salary: £35,000-£45,000 dependant on experience and up to 30% commission

As their client base is expanding, they are looking for an ambitious IT Business Development Manager to lead the charge in building new relationships and delivering value-driven IT services.
Your Mission:As an IT BDM, you'll be at the forefront of their sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across various industries. Your focus is connecting businesses with their powerful suite of managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients and act as their trusted tech advisor
- Understand and promote IT service offerings (MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, backup, support, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in B2B IT sales or tech solution selling (2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of managed IT services, cloud, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, or infrastructure solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently
