  • International Pricing Oversight: Ensure pricing strategies are aligned across international markets.
  • Team Building and Management: Initially operate as a one-person team with the potential to expand as the pricing function grows, managing all pricing-related activities and establishing best practices.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with finance and other group functions to embed pricing practices into the business, aligning with the commercial and financial goals of each entity within the group.
  • Autonomous Execution: Operate with a high degree of autonomy to design, implement, and refine pricing strategies while providing support and training to group company teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: proven track-record in a pricing, finance, or commercial strategy role, with experience in B2B environments; sector experience in lighting is not required.
  • International Exposure: Proven experience managing pricing strategies across multiple regions.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and French is highly desirable.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Leadership Ability: Experience building and leading teams, with the capability to set up a function from the ground up and establish scalable processes.
  • Communication and Influence: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions.

Personal Attributes:

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys the challenge of building something new within a fast-paced, PE-backed environment.
  • Proactive and Autonomous: Highly self-motivated with the ability to drive projects forward independently.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense with the ability to balance competitive pricing with financial objectives.

Benefits:
