Report line: Sales Director.
In this role, you will be expected to travel frequently within the South of the United Kingdom, at least 50% of your time. The rest of the time you are expected to work from your home office.
Job Description
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identify and maintain good professional working relationships with the existing customer base and to develop new customers by researching territory industry
- Target all sales opportunities consistent with the individual sales plan and to act as the interface between our client, its customers and the marketplace
- Plan and agree his/her own strategy, in conjunction with the Sales Director, with regard to account planning and customer analysis.
- Process customer orders in line with the company sales order process to enable a clean and complete sales package.
- You will develop key relationships with existing customers, ensuring all business opportunities from each relationship are capitalised
- Target and engage with all national accounts within your region of business
- Be a solutions provider and understand customer needs
- Responsible for promoting product and sales activities in order to reach the corporate sales targets and KPIs.
- Sales/market report of the sales, new customers, market information, and competitors update on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Monitoring and evaluating the product competitiveness, and submitting the market investigations to the corporate

- Ability to develop long-standing relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a high level of commercial acumen
