Our client offers a basic salary of £35,000 with genuine Year 1 £85K OTE and Year 2 £100K, coupled with a 'fast-track' senior management programme.

The role:

This is a commercial financial services role that is suitable for somebody who really enjoys building and developing new relationships, understanding clients needs and presenting financial solution.

There will be combination of following up on warm leads and also identifying potential clients to contact, engage and then present my clients commercial finance offerings.

You will need strong commercial awareness, in order to be able to quickly identify and understand a customer's needs. You will receive full and comprehensive training on my clients financial products and services, no financial services experience is required - it is all about the person and their drive to succeed.

You will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, often managing multiple clients at any one time, time management and prioritisation skills will be key.

Throughout your time you will develop your professional network and understanding within financial services - specifically the SME lending market.

Person Specification

  • Commercially aware, numerate and analytical
  • Proven commercial negotiation and sales skills
  • Strong experience in generating new business and retention.
  • My client is very open to you industry sector background - business to business preferred.
  • Clean driving licence
  • Willingness to study for the LIBF Diploma in Asset Finance (DipAF)

This is a unique opportunity for a successful, driven and motivated person to transition into a new and rapidly expanding sector and company.

Working alongside a talented team in the Northampton office Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, the client is offering a £35,000 basic with Year 1 £85k OTE and Year 2 £100k OTE, with no limit to your earnings or career progression within the business.
