Opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join an award-winning civil engineering and building company in Northampton.
Operating across a network of offices they specialise in infrastructure, and groundworks, predominantly in the residential sector, covering most of the UK.

They now boost 7 regional offices and a turnover approaching £250m, supported by a strong management team, many of whom joined the company as trainees and have worked their way up.
The role Civil Engineering Contracts Manager
This civil engineering contractor are searching for a hard working and driven Contracts Manager who is looking to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
You will be joining a strong and established team of Contracts Managers
You will manage schemes whilst achieving the highest standards ensuring the companys strong reputation is maintained.
The right person
- GCSEs Minimum 7 A-C / 5-9 including Maths and English.
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Contracts Manager
- Experience working on residential groundwork schemes
- General Knowledge of contractual terms within construction.
- Excellent PC skills, in particular excel.
