This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a long established and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor.

With their Head Offices based in the City of London, the company are leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. They work across multiple sectorsincluding commercial, office fit out, banks, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from 1m upto 6m, and as a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager who will be permanentlysite based on a Banking sector project in Northampton.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As Mechanical Project Manager, your role will be oversee and manage the project, ensuring that it is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

• Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
• Design review
• Procurement of plant, materials & labour
• Technical Submittals
• Overall Cost Management
• Managing the engineering input into the project strategy
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle

Remuneration Package:

70,000 - 75,000 according to experience, plus 5k car allowance, Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Private Healthcare, Pension, Company Events, Phone and Laptop.
