The position is for a Project Manager located in Northampton with a focus on commercial projects and a background in M&E.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role and possess a mechanical background or understanding.
The role requires strong computer skills, familiarity with MS Project, Excel, and Office, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certificates required for the position include SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and a DBS Check.
Salary is competitive, and the work hours are from 7am to 4pm, totaling 9 hours a day.

Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.

They are currently looking for a Project Managerin Northampton with a history of working and completing mechanical and commercial projects, as well as having a very good background in M&E.

The ideal Site Manager will have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
Strong background in mechanical engineering
Proven history in operations with a strong ability to manage projects within budget and meet deadlines
Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
Excellent management and communication skills

Certificates & checks required:

CSCS & SMSTS
First Aid
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
Financial Check

Job details:

Start date: ASAP
Location: Northampton
Hours: 7am to 4pm (9hrs)
Salary: £65 - £70 PAYE
