Quality Engineer

Location: - Cambridgeshire

Job type: - Full time, Permanent

Salary: - £45,000 - £60,000 (Company Van + Fuel Card)

The Resolute Group are working in partnership with a well-established Residential contractor that are at a stage of growth and considering a Quality Engineer to join their Engineering team. Within this position, you will be responsible for all auditing action and aid the Quality Manager, to improve quality throughout the company and ensure compliance meets external governing bodies.

Quality Engineer Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out Quality Checks in a professional and timely manner, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of Housing and groundworks prior to effective handover to clients and occupants.
  • Ensure any issues highlighted are remediated in an effective and timely manner.
  • Work alongside regional teams to highlight issues and agree effective close outs.
  • Identify and highlight workmanship of sub-contractors and report to relevant persons when required

Quality Engineer Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of site work in house building (Including Valid CSCS Card)
  • Strong knowledge of NHBC standards, guild lines and Building Regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and well organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Full UK Driving License.
