Your Chartered Building Surveying duties involve preparing schedules of works & schedules of conditions, negotiating schedules of dilapidations, producing pre-acquisition building surveys, dealing with party wall matters, assessing rebuild costs, and planning maintenance programmes. You will act as project manager on a range of exciting commercial projects in the Midlands!
