Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Proactively resolve customer inquiries, driving continuous process improvements.
- Deliver top-tier customer service across multiple communication channels.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Delivery Management
- Manage home delivery orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Effectively manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts.
- Optimize delivery routes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Sales Support Coordination
- Accurately input sales orders into Salesforce and JDE systems.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
General Administration
- Provide cross-functional administrative support.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, directing inquiries as appropriate.
Brand Ambassador
- Represent the company brand with integrity, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to efficient processes and practices, meeting customer needs effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous customer-facing experience is essential.
- Fluent or business-fluent in German.
- Experience in the luxury retail or logistics sectors is desirable.
- Experience in a process-driven sales role is also beneficial.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Excel is a plus.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
