Internal Communications Manager (FTC 10-12 months)

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead internal communication strategies, drive employee engagement, and shape messaging in a dynamic, multi-site organisation. This is a newly created role, providing an opportunity to influence and enhance communication processes at a strategic level.

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000Location: Primarily remote with occasional travel (Office based in Northampton)Contract: Fixed-Term, 10-12 monthsStart Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business transformation objectives.
Engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear, effective messaging and alignment with company goals.
Create and implement communication plans and materials to support business readiness.
Identify and mitigate risks to minimise resistance and enhance engagement during periods of change.
Partner with senior leadership to present data-driven insights and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
Expertise in developing and executing communication strategies that drive business objectives.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging for a diverse audience.
Experience working across multi-site, cross-functional teams.
Strong influencing skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
