Impact Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a Precision Engineering company based in Northampton who supply precision made parts to the Formula 1 and Motorsport industry. They are looking to recruit for an Experienced CNC Machinist to join them on a Permanent basis ASAP!
Role: CNC Machinist
Location: Northampton
Package: 17.50 - 24.50 (Depending on experience) with Performance bonuses on top
Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift
Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC Lathes
- Programming machines (preffered but no essential)
- Prioritising workload and keeping organised
- Able to work independantly and as part of a team
- Ability to make decisions
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work space
Experience required:
- CNC Setting and Operating experience
- Preferably able to program CNC lathes
- Previous experience with Stainless
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work to deadlines and manage work loads
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving
- Able to work on a long term basis
