Salary: £35,000-£50,000 per annum + overtime @ 1.5x
Location: Northampton
Hours: 08:00-17.00 Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Interaction Technical have partnered with a well-established and family-owned precision engineering firm based in Northampton on their search for a skilled CNC Turner to join their growing team. Our client has been established for over 50 years and due to rapid growth and expansion, they are looking to grow their machining team with a CNC Turner to join their busy team to work on the Mazak lathes. The Role

• Programming, Setting and Operating Mazak CNC Turning machines to produce precise components to tight tolerances.
• Use of Manual Machines to produce parts as required.
• You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.
• You will join a busy team and be extremely important to the running of the team.
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce components using a variety of material.

The Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with CNC Turning machinery (essential)
• Previous experience working with Fanuc controls (essential)
• Previous experience using Hyundai and Citizen machinery (advantageous)
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
• Willingness to train and progress
