Interaction Technical have partnered with a leading Precision Engineering firm operating within the motorsport, aerospace, petrochemical and medical industries. Our client, based in Northampton are actively looking to add a CNC Turner & Setter to their team who is looking to train and progress their career within the industry. The Package:
· £25,000-£35,000 salary dependent of experience
· 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays - extra day earned for every year worked (up to 25 days)
· Overtime available at an enhanced rate

· Ongoing commitment to training and progression

The Role:
· You will be responsible for manufacturing precise components to tight tolerances for the Motorsport, Aerospace, Petrochemical and Medical industries
· You will be working from engineering drawings to set and operate Hardinge CNC Turning machinery
· You will program the Hardinge machinery, both offline and online programming (training will be provided)
· You will be using Fanuc controls on the above machines

The Requirements:
· Must be able to work from engineering drawings to set and operate CNC Turning machines with Hardinge & Fanuc controls (essential)
· At least two years experience in a similar role (essential)
· You will be able to work with a variety of materials and preferably will have experience in either the Motorsport or aerospace industries (advantageous)
· Must be able to work well as a team and equally without supervision on CNC machining centres.
