- Program, set up, and operate Schechtl CNC Folder and Morgan Rushworth CNC Press Brake (or similar machines).
- Read and interpret technical drawings, customer job sheets, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Ensure all manufactured products meet precise quality standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee material flow, ensuring sufficient stock levels to avoid production delays.
- Work closely with the Factory Manager to plan, coordinate, and prioritise production tasks.
- Maintain operational safety and cleanliness standards, promoting an organized and safe workspace.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or production issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide input on improving production processes and workflow efficiency.
- Extensive CNC Expertise: Proven ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machinery, particularly in metal fabrication.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on quality control and accuracy in all production tasks.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical thinker with a solution-driven mindset for troubleshooting production challenges.

- A counterbalance forklift license is highly desirable; a combi forklift license is a plus but not essential.
