Position: Heavy Plant Fitter
Location: South Northampton, UK
Salary: 38,000 - 44,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:
This is a primarily workshop-based role with occasional call-outs to service or repair equipment on-site. You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of heavy plant machinery to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on heavy plant machinery
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting safety and compliance requirements
- Respond to call-outs as needed to support site operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter
- Strong knowledge of heavy plant machinery, including excavators, dumpers, and loaders
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
