A private house builder are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a new build housing development in Northampton,Northamptonshire

The role:
As an Assistant Site Manager you will work with an experienced Site Manager and help run the housing development.
You will help the Site Manager with their day to day duties.
These include:Being responsible for subcontract trades and labour and manage the whole project within a set build program. Making sure the build program is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction. On a daily basis you will help carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will help manage health and safety on site. This will involve help identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will help control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. You will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly. The Person: It is likely you will have previously worked as an Assistant Site Manager or Junior Site Manager at a housebuilding company
