? CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR - IMMEDIATE START?

Salary: £23,400.00 per annum depending on experience

Location: Moulton Park, Northampton

Employment Type:

  • Permanent, Part-time,
  • 30 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 3 pm (we can be flexible on this)

We are seeking candidates that are experienced in Administration within the construction/building materials industry.

We are part of two connected companies. JSF Maintenance Ltd and Barfield Homes Ltd. Both are well established in the Northamptonshire area. We offer everything from maintenance and brickwork for many leading house builders, to managing our own property development portfolio.

As a Construction Administrator within our small office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the business by providing administrative support to the Directors and the site operatives. Further duties will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of site documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • The ordering of site materials and office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage filing systems.
  • Handle communications with subcontractors and suppliers as well as the processing of their invoices through to the accounts team.
  • Support the team in various administrative tasks as required.

Previous experience or knowledge in the construction/building supplier industry is preferrable along with strong organisational skills and excellent communication. You must be a good team player and must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge on CHAS and SMAS is an advantage.
