Manufacturing Futures are looking to appoint an Electrical Service Engineer with maintenance experience based in the Midlands of South East. As Electrical Service Engineer you will be responsible for field-based service and repair of existing sites and potentially installation of equipment at new sites. Working closely with other members of the service team your role as Service Engineer will ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing, new and replacement equipment, ensuring work is conducted in a safe, organised and professional manner. It is important you are happy with travel, expecting to put 10,000 to 15,000 miles on your company van, although it is rare this will involve overnight stays.

* Deliver on-site scheduled PPM maintenance and servicing of equipment, supported by maintenance contracts
* Conduct routine service work on all installed equipment (often working unsupervised)
* Carry out commissioning and repair on all types of installed system

* Possess a good understanding of electro-mechanical equipment
* Hold a full driving license (preferably clean)
* Adopt a flexible approach with the desire to learn and take on new skills
* Willing to travel on a regular basis
* Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to conduct diagnostic testing
* Hold a relevant HNC or above in electrical or electronic engineering
