The Role:

As the Electrical Small Works Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage small works projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Plan and coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and workforce.
  • Prepare quotations and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Supervise and support site engineers and subcontractors.
  • Report project progress to senior management.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the small works division.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar position managing electrical small works projects.
