Are you an ambitious and experienced Electrical Small Works Manager looking for a role with real potential to grow and develop a division? Join a leading M&E contractor based in Northampton, specializing in the commercial, education, and industrial sectors.
The Role:
As the Electrical Small Works Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage small works projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Plan and coordinate resources, including materials, equipment, and workforce.
- Prepare quotations and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Supervise and support site engineers and subcontractors.
- Report project progress to senior management.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the small works division.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar position managing electrical small works projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations in commercial, education, and industrial settings.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ambition to drive the growth and success of the division.
- Full UK driving license.
