Effectively lead the NDT team, ensuring they always represent the best interests of the organisation.
To coach and develop individuals within the team.
Ensure inspection and reporting is conducted to the highest standards, meetingexpectations on delivery and quality.
Work with other departments to ensure overall company targets and objectives are met.
